Layover made me simplify the routine right away. I learned not to ignore my leave out in humidity. After sitting on the plane, I checked the back first because that area had the most friction.
Shape was where I realized a lighter hand worked better for the hair. The curls tightened after washing and looked shorter until they dried. I liked seeing how the texture settled on its own before deciding what needed styling. 😂
Refresh gave me a better idea of how I actually like to wear the hair. Water brought the curl pattern back faster than another layer of product. Using less heat kept the texture closer to the look I originally liked.

Shedding was when I started thinking about value differently. I pay more attention to shedding during detangling than to a few loose hairs on wash day. I appreciated that I could refresh only the area that needed it.
Taper was the detail that changed the silhouette for me. Using graduated lengths gave the bottom more movement than three matching lengths would have.

Daylight is where I trust my opinion of lace the most. The second wear looked much better than my first attempt. That made the whole look feel more natural on me.

I'm extremely happy with the wearability of this hair. I've purchased hair from the Big "A" site, but it fell short of my expectations. So imagine my surprise when I did this install. Baby, it looks like its growing from my scalp. I first did boho braids for 1 week. After that week, I reused the same exact hair to do a full install without having boho braids, just crochet in. I'm in love with my style.
