These guide messages are processed on this website, are not sent to an external AI provider, and are not saved as conversation transcripts. The conversation remains in this page’s memory until you reload or end it. Temporary hashed request counters help prevent abuse.

Messages to the human support team
If you choose human chat, your messages and the public page or product you are viewing are stored privately on this website for the support team to read and reply. They are not sent to an AI provider in human mode. Do not share personal, order, account or payment information; use the website contact page for private order support.
Human conversations remain accessible for seven days from when they are opened, then expire and are deleted by the next scheduled cleanup, normally within an additional hour. The current browser tab stores a random conversation token in session storage so you can continue while browsing this website. Closing the tab removes that local access token; clearing or ending the chat removes it from the current tab but does not immediately delete the server conversation.
The team is shown as available only while an authorized inbox has recently reported that a staff member is available. Availability expires after 90 seconds without a heartbeat. No response time is guaranteed. Authorized website administrators and shop managers can read these conversations; database backups can contain them and have a separate retention policy.
