What is the wholesale minimum?
The minimum merchandise subtotal is $500 before discounts. Shipping and taxes do not count toward this threshold.
How do wholesale discounts work?
Save 20% at $500, 30% at $2,000, and 50% at $10,000. These thresholds use the merchandise subtotal before discounts. Your highest eligible wholesale tier is applied automatically. An extra 5% applies at 2–4 product units, or an extra 10% at 5 or more product units, calculated after the wholesale discount. These are sequential discounts, not added percentage points. A listed product containing more than one wig counts as one product unit.
How do wholesale packs work?
Each pack includes preselected hair models, exact product options, and quantities. Open a pack to see everything, swap a related model, and adjust quantities. Your wholesale price updates automatically. Merchandise orders from $500 through $100,000 can go straight to checkout. Only orders above $100,000 require a custom inquiry.

Where should I start if I’m choosing my first wig?
Start with fit, then decide on length and texture. Check the product’s cap measurements and installation details. A style described as glueless still needs to fit securely; read its specific construction details before choosing. Our hair guide is a useful starting point.
Why do some products show “From” before the price?
Prices can vary by length, color, density, or cap option. The starting price is the lowest listed option. Select your preferred options on the product page to see the exact price for that combination.
How do I check the available lengths and colors?
Open the product and use its option selectors. Only listed combinations can be added to your bag. The fit and specifications tab contains additional product information where provided.
What does glueless mean?
Glueless styles are designed to secure without adhesive using their stated cap construction, such as straps, combs, or bands. Features vary by style. Read the product details and measure for fit rather than assuming every glueless wig is built the same way.
Will the color look exactly like the photograph?
Lighting, screens, and styling can affect how a color appears. Review the gallery, video when available, and selected color name together. If a shade is important to your choice, ask about that specific product before ordering.
Can I save a style for later?
Yes. Tap the heart on a product card, then visit Saved styles. Your choices are stored in this browser, so they may not appear on another device or after you clear browser data.
How should I care for my hair?
Follow the instructions for the specific material and construction. Detangle gently, avoid pulling at the lace, and allow the hair to dry before storage. Do not assume every product can tolerate the same heat, color treatment, or washing method.
Where are shipping and return details?
Eligible unused products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping rates and estimates depend on destination and service. Visit Shipping & delivery and Returns & exchanges for the current status. Ordering will open when checkout is ready.
