I started wearing wigs five years ago. I'm always researching and educating myself before purchasing. I also relied on wig shops to assist with existing different styles and types. When the pandemic hit I didn't have that luxury if going to the wig shops. I love shopping online for a lot of my purchases but wigs was not one something I was comfortable with because I'm very particular about how I look. I've ordered the wigs online from three different companies and have been disappointed because the advertising was never what I ordered. And even though they advertised how easy it would be to return the item, it never worked out that way. It was so difficult and frustrating trying to get in contact with the customer service that I gave up on ordering wigs online. For three years, I've worn the same wig. I recently saw [brand] on Facebook and loved that it was a black owned company. So I did some research and looked at reviews outside of the company website. There was one review that caught my attention. It was from a woman who had similar experiences and was overwhelmingly excited about the wig she ordered from [brand]. So I decided to give it a try and ordered one of the glueless bob wigs. Folks can I tell you thar for the first time in the five years that I've been wearing wigs, I am overwhelmingly pleased. Words are not enough to explain how happy and excited to finally find a company that actually provides what they advertise. This wig is amazing and looks so natural. And the fact that it's black owned is a huge plus! I've locked [brand] in as my forever company to purchase all my future wigs. I'm really excited for my next purchase.[brand] thank you for being honest and true to your customers.

I'm extremely happy with the wearability of this hair. I've purchased hair from the Big "A" site, but it fell short of my expectations. So imagine my surprise when I did this install. Baby, it looks like its growing from my scalp. I first did boho braids for 1 week. After that week, I reused the same exact hair to do a full install without having boho braids, just crochet in. I'm in love with my style.
