My head is exactly 22.5" around, so I was really hoping the medium cap would actually fit me—and it does! The cap sits snug and smooth all around without feeling too tight. I also love that I don't get that weird puffed-up or bubbled look on top. It lays flat and follows the shape of my head really nicely. For once, I didn't have to keep adjusting my wig throughout the day.
