Tone turned into a real test for makeup pairing. Warmer makeup made the ombre feel richer while cooler makeup made it read more neutral. I ended up doing less than I thought I would need.

Gel was a better test for light gel use than standing in the mirror. Gel worked best for a few face framing pieces that needed extra control. Using it everywhere took away the soft movement.
Air made me realize how much drying the base changes the finished look. The surface can feel dry while the underneath is still damp. I give the base extra time before bed. That felt much more like something I would actually repeat. 🙌
Secondinstall is where I noticed the difference with reuse after takedown. The better pieces were still worth saving once I removed them carefully. I separate the reusable hair before washing and storing it.

Baby, it looks like its growing from my scalp. I first did boho braids for 1 week. After that week, I reused the same exact hair to do a full install without having boho braids, just crochet in. I'm in love with my style.
