Shampoo gave me a cleaner reset than adding another styling layer. A gentle wash removed buildup without making the short hair feel rough. Working the shampoo through lightly and rinsing well was enough for me.

It dries with little differences from section to section, which makes the finished style look less uniform.
This was my first time trying a short lace wig. I was nervous, but the cut helped hide mistakes because the style already looked polished.
Pre-separated doesn't mean I have to use every section exactly as provided. I like a more delicate look close to my hairline.
