I had a couple of little hairs sticking up at the top. I almost smoothed them completely down, then realized my own hair is never perfectly flat either.
With long wigs, my hair sometimes covers the whole top half of my outfit. I like actually being able to see the collar and neckline with this cut.
Outerlayer was a better test for week two texture than standing in the mirror. By week two the hair looked less freshly installed and more lived in. The front needed more attention than the back.
Hoodie day is where I figured out the short length makes bedtime easy but satin still helps. I still prefer taking it off when I can because the next morning is easier.
Once the waves opened up, the style filled in much more than I expected. I was glad I didn't overcrowd the base.
