The low shine makes it believable

I didn't want straight extension hair reflecting light like plastic. This has a much more muted finish.

Running errands gave me enough time to see what the wig actually does. A light mousse touch helped the shape without freezing it. I keep mousse light because the short curls show buildup pretty fast on me. Finger styling has been enough for most mornings, which surprised me. A full wash reset the shape better than adding more serum to tired curls.
