I literally cried when I saw myself in the mirror, because I recognized myself 😢. Chemo/targeted meds will save my life and I am blessed for being so fortunate. However, it does strip away pc by pc everything that makes me look and feel like myself. First it’s your hair, your energy, your strength, your lashes, your eyebrows, all your defenses, your muscles, your shape, “BUT” it also “strips” away the cancer. Although, it’s temporary I would be lying if I didn’t admit that it is hard, sad, depressing, and challenging to see your identity fade away. Something a “simple” wig can make the pain just a “little” less painful 🙌🏻❤️💪🏻🙏

I'm extremely happy with the wearability of this hair. I've purchased hair from the Big "A" site, but it fell short of my expectations. So imagine my surprise when I did this install. Baby, it looks like its growing from my scalp. I first did boho braids for 1 week. After that week, I reused the same exact hair to do a full install without having boho braids, just crochet in. I'm in love with my style.
