As a beginner, I tried the 13X5 wig for the first time and it offers more space for lace area for more styling. The best is that it can be glueless, no need to do extra manipulation at all, and so friendly to me!

Great customer service through email !! Long story short I ordered a wig for a wedding I was in and soon realized it was a frontal vs. what I needed (closure). I immediately emailed customer service. Though I understood they couldn't contact me at the very moment and chat wasn't available they honored their policy and responded within the 48 hour time frame. They were very attentive. Though I could not switch out the product because it shipped, there was no way the correct one could arrive on time if ordered. I was a little skeptical at first after explaining the sensitive nature and was told to still take a look at the product even though it was not exactly what was needed. I thought I'd be stuck.
After reaching out to inform them the eta that product hadn't arrived and I didn't know what UPS it was located. Thankfully. UPS called upon delivering I wasn't home I explained the circumstance/ occasion over phone. They returned product no hassle. I received a verification email from [brand] that I would be refunded my purchase price. With that being said I will definitely be purchasing more products. I didn't get a chance to physically see my product but I was able to review the quality of [brand]'s hair products on other bridesmaids plus relatives and was pleased with quality and would recommend them.

I'm extremely happy with the wearability of this hair. I've purchased hair from the Big "A" site, but it fell short of my expectations. So imagine my surprise when I did this install. Baby, it looks like its growing from my scalp. I first did boho braids for 1 week. After that week, I reused the same exact hair to do a full install without having boho braids, just crochet in. I'm in love with my style.
