I didn't think about maintenance cost when I bought it, but I'm definitely using less shampoo, conditioner and styling product than I do with longer hair.
Even when I'm wearing my natural hair most of the week, I like knowing I have something I can reach for if my original hair plan doesn't work out.
The shorter shape opened up my face in a way I wasn't used to. I wasn't sure about it for the first few minutes, but now I really like how clean it looks around my jaw.
I wanted the extensions to follow my own layers instead of hanging at one length. Taking a small amount off a couple front pieces made the whole install look much more custom.
If I know I want to wear them the next morning, I refresh and arrange the pieces the night before. In the morning I'm basically just clipping and blending.
I wore these after taking down a chunky twist-out and that was probably my easiest blend so far. My own curls had enough stretch and texture that I couldn't really tell where one ended and the other started.

Daylight is where I trust my opinion of lace the most. The second wear looked much better than my first attempt. That made the whole look feel more natural on me.

Baby, it looks like its growing from my scalp. I first did boho braids for 1 week. After that week, I reused the same exact hair to do a full install without having boho braids, just crochet in. I'm in love with my style.
