I move the pieces higher, separate the curls more and suddenly the hair feels much bigger and more playful than my weekday version.
When I'm hot, the last thing I want is a lot of hair stuck to my cheeks. Being able to keep these layers away from my face makes a difference.
I twisted two front sections back and left everything else curly. It shows my own hair around the face while the extensions give me the length underneath.
I didn't buy it for this reason, but the shorter layers make my neck look longer, especially with open-neck tops. It gives the whole look a lighter feel.
Different parts of my hair grow at different speeds, and sometimes the shape looks awkward. The clip-ins let me balance it without cutting everything back down.
I noticed that getting conditioner or oil right around the clip area makes everything slippery. Now I concentrate products on the hair itself.

Baby, it looks like its growing from my scalp. I first did boho braids for 1 week. After that week, I reused the same exact hair to do a full install without having boho braids, just crochet in. I'm in love with my style.
