Perfect right out of the box. The color is *chefs kiss* It has some red undertones and the highlights are really well done, the hair is SOFT and I get compliments on very time I wear it. I bought this color in the loose body wave as well and loved it so much I had to order this one too. I switched the part to a side part with minimal hassle. Definitely recommend
