Midnight packing changed my mind a little because I give the cap area more time to dry than the surface curls. Working in sections helped me keep the curl pattern from turning into one big puff. Finger styling has been enough for most mornings, which surprised me. The ends respond better when I add moisture there instead of coating the roots. That little change made the whole style feel more like mine.
Straight out of the box, with very little makeup, i still felt put together. For everyday wear, that matters a lot to me. The second wear felt more natural because I already knew what to adjust.
